FHA 203K Loan (Buyers)
Are you buying a home that is in need of repair? The amount of foreclosures are at an all time high. Homes have been stripped of cabinets, appliances, toilets, etc. which are items that a standard FHA loan will require you to have in the home in order to close escrow. The alternative is to purchase the home with a FHA 203k loan. This loan allows for licensed contractors to make the necessary repairs after closing. Monroy Construction will provide you with a bid during your inspection period and if approved will start work upon release of the first payment after you close escrow.
Foreclosures (Realtors)
Are you a Realtor that needs to get a foreclosed home cleaned or repaired? Is your client asking you for referrals to trades that will do repairs after the Close of Escrow. Do you have a client that is purchasing a home with a FHA 203k loan? Do not make the mistake of referring a non-licensed company to your client. We will give itemized bids within 24-48 hours of your request for emergency repair and clean up and within 2-5 days for a FHA 203k loan. We accept credit cards and will invoice and/or bill to escrow depending on the type of service needed.
