We offer multiple services for our customers involved in the Arizona foreclosure market. After viewing the property we will give you an itemized estimate and schedule a time to get started. We will take pictures if necessary to provide to Insurance Companies, Asset Managers and Banks. There are many unlicensed companies offering these same services. When you call our office we will schedule a time to view the home. Most times we are able to give you a same day estimate. An itemized estimate will be provided to you via email or fax after we view the home. We will need a signature from a person authorized to issue payment for services rendered. We are sometimes able to complete a small job the same day we give the estimate. Our pricing varies by the job. We itemize man hours, dumpsters and repairs seperatley. This will help you or your client determine what is most important to be done when working within a budget.
Payment is due upon completion, unless the job has been approved in writing to be invoiced the client or billed to escrow. We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards (MC/VISA/DISCOVER) and checks. Jobs may require a deposit when we are installing appliances or heating/cooling systems in the home. If you're working with a Bank, Asset Manager or a client in escrow we will work with you on payment arrangements.
