| The construction of your new home will start with a meeting to create a list of your new home desires and a rough sketch of what you are looking to build. From there we will work one-on-one to design the home that truly fits your needs. After the home is designed, Monroy Construction will begin the process of building your home. You will have many opportunities to speak to your Construction Manager throughout the building process. You will be able to ask questions and attend walkthroughs, so you can better understand the construction of our home. Once the home is complete you will be given your keys, a Maintenance Manual and a Home Warranty. No matter the size, location or style Monroy Construction will offer you the expertise and experience neccessary to build your home. |
